More than 100 community leaders, patients, staff and friends of Five Rivers Health Centers celebrated the official grand opening and ribbon cutting of the new Xenia Campus.
The former Rite Aid is now home to comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay. We are accepting new patients for medical and dental services. Our patients will have access to an in-house pharmacy, podiatrist, behavioral health services and more.
