We require all patients entering our health centers to properly wear face coverings. Staff will be wearing face shields and other PPE when interacting with patients. If you are experiencing COVID symptoms or are not able to see your provider in-person, we provide tele-health appointments. Please contact our offices with any questions or concerns.
